After the sweat and fear while installing the GPU plate on the 3080, I got to the CPU taking it super easy, what could go wrong...Well, it scared me. Problem was, my motherboard has the capacitors and chokes probably quite close to the CPU socket. It is an Aorus PRO, so probably all other motherboards are the same honestly, they are supposed to be gaming equipment made for nerds that are playing with different heat sinks and water cooling plates.The thing that scared me was seeing the actual plate being quite large. Quite larger than the CPU socket, and large enough to fit on top of the capacitor and just about on top of some chokes. And the plat is quite close to the motherboard, so it felt like if it was pressing against the caps and chokes rather than the CPU.I mounted it anyway, fixed the 4 screws in small steps to distribute the pressure evenly, and then waited for the test to see... if the CPU temp was rising fast, there probably was no contact with the CPU.Well, I was ok. The block actually is close to the other components, but it does push on the CPU. In fact temps are perfectly fine and the block works great.I thought of writing here just so you do not get scared like I was, waiting for the couple of hours of pump running with the mobo disconnected to see if everything would have started afterward.The temps image was taken while playing GTA5 by the way, so CPU load was not at its top (GTA5 is not well optimized for CPU usage), but similar results were observed with much more demanding tasks

Love jayztwocents so when I saw it was on Amazon for £10 more than the original had to have it don’t have it in a build at the moment but it should work well with the pedigree behind it

This water block fit perfectly on my am5 platform.

It is very nice to look at threw the case and seeing it lit up. Has been going 24/7 since the day after I bought it.

Comme a chaque produit Corsair, le prix et la qualité sont au rendez-vous, rien a rajouter, la diffusion de lumière et excellente, je n'est pas changer la pate thermique fourni avec et j'ai réduit ma température CPU de 10°c comparer a mon vieux Corsair H110i GTX Hydro Series qui avait fait sont temps.Le Boitier est très fin ce qui favorise la flux d'air dans le PC! et Le look est au top!

Lo he montado y me he encontrado con varios detalles, cuesta muchísimo apretar los tornillos cosa que no lo veo normal, luego el soporte en la placa se mueve es un tanto extraño, cuando el premontado aio de corsair ajusta mucho mejor, por lo demás , la pasta térmica aconsejable cambiarla, ya que las temperaturas se elevan , con el cambio de pasta térmica ahora si el i7 12700k puedo mantenerlo en unos 65 grados de máxima de pico y de estable 54 grados pasando el aida64 extreme, aconsejar la compra.... bueno con un kit corsair de 3 ventiladores no es tan eficiente pero por el desembolso merece mas la pena, veremos el resultado que da este refrigerador.
