A good product for automation I set it up for my water motor and it works perfectly well I have been using it for a year now and it's a lovely product to have very responsive and easy to setup

I brought 2 switches. One still working and another one Initially it was working then suddenly it stopped. Poor quality. Don’t buy it. Wastage of money

I bought this smart switch from amazon.sa and installed it back home in Pakistan in July 2025 to operate a heavy water pump motor. The pump pushes water all the way up to the 3rd floor, so this is not a light-duty application. I’ve used other smart switches before (including Finery), and honestly, they stopped working after some time. This one, however, is still going strong. We use it daily, and I’m writing this review after almost 5.5 months of continuous use. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but so far it has proven to be reliable, which matters more when you’re dealing with a heavy motor. The switch feels rugged, the build quality is solid, and installation was straightforward. The only downside for me is that when using it with the Smart Life app, there’s no power consumption monitoring feature. Some cheaper brands actually offer this, so it’s a bit disappointing at this price point. Other than that, it has performed exactly as expected. Expensive, yes—but reliable and well-built, at least up to now.
