The rings cannot be inserted inside the foreskin. Or maybe i didn't know how to do it. But after trying it for so many times, i came to a conclusion that you need atleast 2 prople to be able to insert it properly.

July 31st : I initially was skeptical about this product, but it really worked. The photo illustrates the progression in 3.5 months started with a very small sting now I am 10 rings up at 30. Patience and commitment is required . I had acute phimosis and it caused fungal infection. I initially used only the cream daily night for 30 days and some days applied coconut oil. I saw the fungal infection disappear. I started with the smallest rings since it was acute,i used it once a day in the day time. initial days I saw myself transitioning to a new ring every 2 to 3 days. Slowly this got reduced when I reached 10 and above it took a week for transitioning to a new ring. 26 28 rings tool more than a week. To speed up the process I started wearing the ring in the night after the cream. I occasionally used oil in the morning. On weekends I used ring twice a day morning and in night. Night I had the rings on and went to sleep, morning when I wake up the ring usually used to fall out. When I transition to a higher size ring I usually try it in day time as I feared the ring could cause pain at any point. After few days start using the same ring in night. When do I transition to a new ring? Whenever the ring falls out in a minute or so I know the size of the ring is smaller and I move on to the next ring size. How to use the ring? I used to bend the ring making it as a semicircle or roll the ring even more small, retract the skin place the ring and release the skin slowly, be very patient when doing this especially when you migrate to a new ring so that you don't hurt yourself. am currently in size 30 a size which was a nightmare or something which I felt was unachievable 3 months back, happy to have progressed so much. All you need is perseverance in using the rings and patience surely one will see results.. Note the 3.5 months could be also 6 months too just be patient and just focus on moving to the next ring that thqt should be the target always. Every small step every few days /weeks/ months could take you to the final destination. Please note once I reached the size 12 and more I started feeling comfortable with the phimosis condition. Currently in size 30 Will update after another 2 months hopefully I should be two more rings maybe 34, i am going very slow using the higher Dia rings as i dont want to take any pain unnecessarily and also there is no hurry there is plenty of time to cure.. Will update in 2 months. Ps: the cream which comes with the rings is slightly different, felt the cream which is bought separately was totally different and more effective.. Cream comes with the rings quantity was less, additional cream bought quantity was more. 7th August Update: migrated to ring 32. Though initially it was tough to wear a big size after wearing the ring for three times the skin got elongated and now it is easy to wear in a minute it can be worn when compared to 3 to 5 minutes the first time I wore 32 size ring. I could visibly see the skin retracting every week. Expecting to wear 34 by another 10 days.

If you want to step up to a bigger ring then you have to choose a ring larger by 2 mm. They should have provided 1mm larger rings as well.

Believe me guys. It just works. I'm 25 years old and I have never seen my head out. It used to be painful and very sensitive. Recently only i realised that this is a condition and I need a treatment. Thank god I decided to try this out instead of surgical methods. I started 10 days ago with 18mm and progressed to 20mm within 4 days. I started with just 30 mins a day. Now I'm doing 2 hrs a day. The painful sensitivity of the glans disappeared within 2-3 days and today I tried to take the head out flaccid and It came out!!! For the first time in life, I've fully taken the head out. This has given me more hope. I'm now confident that I can progress enough rings to completely cure my condition and take my head out easily while erect too.
