The box containing pens has been around a long time……very beat up.
I have used this brand before however the new box I got was extremely worn(the cardboard) and sealed with packing tape leading me to believe that they have been around along time. The ink seems ok…... I’m considering returning as they may not be a “used” product but they definitely are not new based on the packaging.
