CascadePlatinum Dishwasher Cleaner, 6 count

Odd; I ordered 6 of these and got 6, but they had been crammed into one of those plastic-skin mailers to the point of bursting. But I got them.Anyway, what I WANT to say is that I dissolved 3 of these pacs in 3 cups boiling water in a Sterilite Tote, which I had placed in the tub and then filled Tote with hot water. I'd heard that you can remove cooked-on grease by propping oven racks in hot water in this mixture. I'm here to say it worked! They soaked 3h and came out lovely. I'll soak them on their other ends (oven racks are too long to rest fully in a Sterilite Tote) with the other 3 Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Cleaner pacs tomorrow. Take it from me, those oven racks were filthy. Thanks!

Use regularly. Almost bought a new dishwasher but used this and could not believe how much “cleaner” the dishes were. Have had others with much older machines not work well. Keep filter clean and use this cleaner as directed. It works.

While the packaging is more for recycling, the product works well. The price point drove this purchase, whereas having these packaged together would be a better option.

I think we’re all used to big brands promising us the world and giving lackluster results, but this is one of those rare finds where it actually lives up to expectations if not exceeding them.My dishwasher was emitting a foul odor that made me not want to open it or even use it. Just one tab made the smell go away, and the clean scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

Everything was coming out of our dishwasher as dirty as it went in, except now it was on the backs of the dishes and bowls as well as the fronts, and it was baked on. The dishwasher is just out of warranty, of course, and it was never great but there aren't many choices when you can only get a portable.So I tried this on a whim. Couldn't hurt, right? W. O. W. Next load was some really bad pots and pans and yucky dishes that had built up while I was waiting for this and running it. I wasn't expecting much, but they were PERFECT. I was stunned.Now I know, anytime things are not coming out exactly as I like, run the Cascade Dishwasher Cleaner. It's like getting a new dishwasher. So good that I actually logged onto Amazon to write this review, with no incentive from any company whatever.
