Wastage of money!!!

It works fast and does its job. I have no issues with lifting 190 kg / 419 lbs deadlifts. I only apply a little bit and reapply a little every other set or so.It has a few downsides:- slightly less grippy than liquid chalk- dries the hands quite a lot and can become a problem if you don't moisturize them right after the workout- some solid chunks form inside the bottle and this makes it difficult to applyI'm giving a 5 star because it allows me to powerlift in a gym that doesn't allow liquid chalk

This is a must have for me when I go out to the gun range. It is a small vial and fits snugly in my small range bag, which only contains my essentials. I use it to prevent my hands from getting clammy and to improve my grip so I see better results on targets down range.There is a very faint odor that disappears shortly after I rub it on my hands. I will reapply it after I use the restroom or take a break, but a small amount seems to go a long way.
