I ordered this for my husband .It is an extra protection to the leak issues. Can use with jockey undies or the disposableundies. He feels more secure. He tried another brand and that was not good enough to feel confident. This is avery good brand.

Great product. 25X absorbency! If you are taking care of a male that is bed bound & using diapers, use a Poise Pad then add one of these to the front after everything is in place and secure the diaper. If you check the patient often, most of the time you can remove the Depend Guard, add another one on top of the Poise Pad. This helps a lot and keeps the patient dry.

These guards are great for traveling. I can pack almost twice as many in my suitcase as the other brands. As I travel internationally quite often its really convenice to be able to pack enough for a month away. Having to look for guards when your in a foreign city is time consuming an a challenge. So glad to have found them as the company I use to use has gone out of business (Rite Aide). The only downside is Amazon is a little more expensive than Rite Aid was, but I was go glad to fine them avaiable Amazon.

This product is very absorbent. While my bladder is still leaking I will use premium pads .

These are smaller than the depends. Fits better. The have side flaps helps keep and leaks in.

Never used these before, just need them for a surgery. Bunched up a bit, but perhaps I put them on wrong. Seemed soft and probably absorbent.
