I'm not sure what Sussex DE woman from 4 years ago was talking about, but let's make this clear. THIS IS A DECAL. YOU GET ONE SHOT AT APPLICATION. Not sure what things are like for this lady w/ the looooong answer, but vinyl stickers can be moved. DECALS CANNOT BE REPOSITIONED. ~ But, they last longer if you treat them properly.

It is adhesive. Once the decal is applied to a surface. If it is removed the decal will no longer be able to be used.
