Sony WLA-NS7 Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter - Dolby Atmos Surround Sound on Sony Headphones and BRAVIA TVs, Bluetooth, USB and Optical Cable Connection, 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer, Black

I bought this for use with my Sony A95k TV and it works brilliantly. With my Sony WF-C710N earbuds the sound is fantastic. The 360 spacial sound works really well (with Dolby Atmos content anyway). The only issue I had was with my Sonos Beam soundbar. This device requires your TV sound to be set to the TV speakers, but the soundbar forces it back to 'Audio System.' The simplest solution is to unplug the soundbar from the HDMI port on the TV before using earphones. This is an essential purchase if you have a compatible Sony TV. Otherwise you're missing out on a brilliant function of these TVs that isn't really advertised. On a side note I've seen people say the sound is quiet. The app the goes with Sony earphones has volume control and you use this. At full volume it's too loud for me.

No Bluetooth lag, headphones sound good, instant connection to headphones, using this on my TV , and you can connect it to multiple devices,

It connected easily

I was experiencing drop outs on my sound while using my Sony U Theatre neck band, connected to my Panasonic Oled tv. This was very annoying. Bought Sony WLA-NS7 unit and connected to my tv, which was very simple, about five minutes. The sound quality now is excellent and no drop outs. Volume capabilities have also increased. Recommend this to anyone having similar problems. Can be used on various tv's.

Absolutely awful. Easy to set up and connect, this is where the good stops. I tried this item with various Sony products including Sony WLA-NS7, WH-1000 XM5, WH-1000 XM6. With the neck band, the volume even at maximum is far too quiet. With the headphones, volume was slightly better but not much. The big problem is the quality of the sound on Atmos audio. It is awful. There is no separation, the pseudo speaker settings are terrible with no app / ability to enhance or change them. The overall sound is very thin. The 3d effect is ok, but not effective. There is no ability to update firmware except through your TV when it decides it will allow you to. Basically a complete waste of money. The headphones sound miles better connected to the TVs native Bluetooth. Also, with the price of the Bravia 8 TV, Sony are out of order not including 3d codecs with its system. I really wanted this to be good but unfortunately I was very disappointed.

Good but it really shouldn't be necessary

Works perfectly when paired with my Sony Theatre neck band speakers.

Does the job and despite thinking it would be rather large as per the image, it’s actually very small and slotted into a crevice on my tv nicely. So no need for a wire dangling. Easy to pair with my Sony headphones. No problems with speech synchronisation. So all good.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
