Regrettable purchase
I love Caleb. I have no less than six of his books, not counting this one. That being said, I don't think this one is worth the money. It's just a small booklet. It contains some good information, but only has three recipes. And if the print wasn't so large and lines double spaced, the 25 pages would only amount to 6 or 7 pages. I don't feel this one is worth the price of admission. This is the first time I have regretted buying one of Caleb's books. I still think he's a great resource for sustainable and healthy living, but I won't be buying any more of his Backyard Renaissance Collection.

This product DOES NOT COME WITH GRAINS. Also, in the first pages, it suggests using honey as one of the options to feed the grains and almost all good sources will tell you not to use honey because it is antibacterial and could damage your grains. No only is this a waste of money but it is a waste of packaging.
