Q: what are the actul sizes of the pods?

Hi Polly.I had to get my Tape measure out.The big pot is approx.8X4X3and a half.two small ones approx.3X3X3 Two medium ones approx.4X4X4and a half.And a long one wich is approx.7X7X3..Hope that helped you a little.They are great with Herbs.Hope that helped you a little.Have a nice Day.Manuela

The kit comes with hooks that screw into the wall. Enough in fact that you don't even need the grid to hang all of the planter cups with separate individual hooks.

Q: Can you grow indoor vegetables in this?

I haven't even tried because the mount is to ugly to put on my wall..... it looks very cheap and tacky
