I bought three of these lights for product reviews and instructional videos - they're fantastic! The lights are relatively inexpensive, they're easily mountable on poles, desk tripods, and monitors, and they don't take up much space.You can control them with the buttons on back or Logitech G Hub on your computer. They plug into a standard USB A type outlet...you probably have several on your computer, monitor, or chargers. You can also use a USB C cable and plug into the back of the light. Lots of functionality.The quality of lighting is also very good, it's diffused, but emitted from a small object that would still show up on your glasses for a webcam. I've seen streamers point them behind their monitor to the wall to eliminate the reflection in their glasses and provide softer, more even lighting.Overall, highly recommendable and you can occasionally catch them on sale.

Having seen how small this light was in reviews, I really didn’t have high hopes for it, but always enjoy Logitech products. The main standout for me was that I could both mount it on a standard monitor and power it via USB. My use case is in an office cubicle environment, where the rest of the employees like to have the fluorescent lights off. This is fine for work, but terrible for picture quality on Zoom/WebEx calls.For $60, I really do think this Logitech unit could be the “light to beat” for professional users. It’s small, portable, and has PHYSICAL buttons which was a huge plus for me as our laptop software is tightly controlled. At its max setting, it perfectly lights my face from about 3 feet away, and I’m constantly getting complements about how crisp and detailed my video quality is.I am also an amateur streamer, but I haven’t used the light for that purpose. I will say in terms of power, size and capabilities, it’s no where near something like the Elgato Key lights. Given those lights are 2-4 times more expensive, but I’m sure there will be people reading this who are comparing the Logitech offering against Elgato. If youre on a budget and looking for a great starter light that won’t break the bank, this is absolutely a good option. My one concern is that if you’re more than 4-5 feet from it, it may not light you very well, but that’s a pretty unique use case. It also doesn’t give you a lot of “move-ability”, meaning it’s very much a tunnel of light and going too far left or right will leave its beam.Overall for $60, it’s the most compact + powerful option on the market that DOESNT require an extra mount or tripod. I intended for this light to replace a LumeCube light that also had a fairly glaring design flaw: its control panel is a flat touch pad that provides no feedback when you "push" a "button". This made it all but impossible to change the brightness or color temperature with any real precision, and even turning it on or off would require substantial pawing and groping. To my utter delight, this light uses physical buttons! Tactile feedback is mine once again. However, this light ALSO has a rather glaring design flaw...one that I'm more willing to ignore, but is disappointing nonetheless.The light is a touch dimmer than I anticipated at max brightness - though that's squarely my own fault, as I should have compared the specifications before buying this. Sitting on top of a 30" monitor and about 3 feet from my face, my camera picks me up just fine.The design flaw lies in the screw that attaches the light to its monitor mount. This screw doubles as the pivot point for the light to let it rotate 180 degrees about its base - this works great when you're rotating clockwise, but a counter-clockwise rotation always unscrews the light from the mount. There simply isn't enough friction or weight for the light to hold that firmly onto the mount. Will you be adjusting this all the time? If so, you may want to look at another mount or an adapter if you like this light as I have taken to using a pair of pliers to force the screw to pivot.The light produces a small amount of coil whine at max brightness, though my meetings easily drown it out.All in all, am I happy with it? Mostly. I was looking for a small, lightweight, bus-powered light to replace my oversized desk light with shoddy controls and this fits the bill. A persnickety mount I can live with since I don't often adjust my space, and the coil whine can't compete with the rest of my room's noise.
