Open box review
Upon opening the powertec buffer I noticed the box was taped more than once . Then, after opening it I seen that the circular disk, nuts and spacers that should have been in plastic were screwed on the buffer shafts. I ran the buffer without any parts on the shaft and found a kicking sound coming from the left shaft. There was also a grunt sound on start up. I then went on youtube watching unboxing , this is when I seen the disk, nuts and spacers should be in plastic bag not on the shaft. I then looked at the shaft for any sign of use finding tel tell signs that someone returned this buffer and the company didn't unbox it but just resold it to me. I returned it.
