Good machine but bad buffs
Machine is really working good .Buff came with it is really bad quality one.

Works For Me
I polish a lot of car parts, aluminum and trim. Sometime make car show awards out of pistons. The unit has a quick startup, runs stable for as much pressure as you’d ever want to put on a part. I’d buy a 2nd one if I ever needed one.

Buffing bench grinder
The power tech bench buffer system is great. The machine is heavy enough. They will not bounce around while on your bench. I use this for my knife sharpening business. it has enough power to get the job done. I have the low speed which runs at around 1725 RPMs I have two of these machines.

Slow RPM not great for steel work
Machine is nice but the slow speed one has a very low horsepower rating and bogged down easily. Probably would be great for jewelry work but I had to upgrade to a higher speed 3/4 hp unit for my application

Spend your money elsewhere - neither the first one nor the replacement worked
The first buffer arrived and did not work; it only hummed loudly when turned on. The replacement unit tried to spin, but barely moved, while also emitting a loud hum. What are the odds of getting 2 units that do not work right out of the box? I just hope I can help someone avoid the time and trouble I experienced with this unit.
