Proper burgers
I like to make my own lamb burgers and they were always chunky looking. This make good looking patties. It does feel as if it may not stand heavy pressure when I push down on it to create the patty.A tip. Put a circle of greaseproof paper inside both parts. This makes the patty come out easier and makes cleaning it quicker.
