I like my plotter very much, but I have had one particular problem with mine. I have a pretty powerful computer set up for doing 3D modeling, so I'm sure this is not a PC problem. The printer started off running super fast through graphics I sent to it via Adobe Illustrator to CutMaster software that it comes with. However very soon after, the plotter has a very regular tendency to freeze up, usually on larger projects (22" by 20", in that range). I haven't been able to figure out why. What's more frustrating is that there isn't a way for the plotter to pick up where it left off, so you need to start a whole new graphic. This doesn't happen all the time, but frequently enough to make me nervous every time I start a new project.
