It is the best syrup for loosening phlegm Initially for one week it creates some pain like to bring that phlegm and mucus but once as the days goes on it gives soothing effect in releasing phlegm and clearing What i observe is when you take this syrup immediately don't drink water or try any other home remedy If you do then there is phlegm struck totally but coughing some what reduce

Bahut achi ayurvedic dwa hau ye dwa maine apne 1.5 year baby ke liye use kiya use bar bar khashi ho jati thi or nebulizer lgana padta hai lekin jabse maine ye dwa use di tab se uski abhi tak khashi dupara nahi hue
