What is a good tool to use to cut the cardboard in circles? Preferably a tool that is easy to use and doesn't cut my fingers off. 😀

You can use a Rotary Cutter, Amazon sells them ,, Hack Saw also.....

What is the wall thickness of these tubes?

about 1mm, but stronger and more substantial than say a ppr towel tube.
