The mics are all working but the receiver display is off while using the mics which is working can you replace my item i just receieved today

Bought these mics for karaoke at a small bar. First I really like the case the unit came with, it keeps the receiver, microphones and cords snug and safe. I have been using these now for about three weeks and they work great. Thye have fantastic sound and great range. The work all over the bar and even outside with no problems. Sound is nice and clear, no distortion. I run them through a mixing board and add some basic effects, but even running them straight to the speakers works great. I have also used these in a large gym for a wrestling event, and they were amazing. Once again the range is excellent, and had no problems walking around the gym.

This product is awesome mainly because of its sound quality I never got feedback or buzzing. I’m a dj these are crystal clear and the best part is it comes with a carrying case which is a major plus for years I kept the last one I purchased in and out of its box.

I run a weekly karaoke gig at a bar/restaurant. These mics work well, a good value for the price.... they are definitely not professional but do the job very well. The hard case is great. I've been using them weekly for about 6 weeks now, the range is good, sound quality good. I have been experiencing some issues with the power cord on the wireless receiver, it is very finiky and doesn't always work, sometimes I have to switch power sources in order for it to power on and stay on. I've also noticed if I use low quality batteries in the mics, the sound cuts out and can be staticky, when in use. Hopefully this doesn't get worse or continue. Otherwise, good value here, they do the trick.
