Bought this last august 2017 and installed it right away.my wife and kids love it coz its easy and no need to turn any knob.also,it saves me a ton of money on my water bills coz my kids before do not closed the knob properly after they use the faucet. installing the product is easy,considering i don't have any background in plumbing and i worked in the medical field,just follow the instructions properly.So far it's been 4 months since I installed it and up until now i haven't encountered any problems with the product. will buy the product again for the whole house.

Install pretty easy. Concerned about longevity as many reviews suggest it's made cheaply and within a few months will start to leak and short out the battery compartment. That's why I only bought one instead of 6 for our child care center. Hopefully they resolved some production issues and are providing a better product. We will see. It's only been in use a day. Will report back in a few months. No warranty except a 30 day return policy.

I’ve installed this brand in several sinks & two homes over the years, and they are great! The instructions are easy to follow, and standard alkaline batteries seem to last forever. Zero troubleshooting, except for adjusting the temp once; but that was simple and not due to any problem with the faucet. And we have a full house, home all day, using the sinks all day long. Could not be happier with this faucet!

The mixing valve leaked not long after installation. I should have looked at the reviews on this before purchase. Seems like leaks are a common issue with this. If the part (mixing body) was not so defective, this would have actaully been a good purchase. (The motion sensor works great; accurate and fast).
