Are these waterproof?

Digits have been designed for both colder autumn days as well as for down to sub-zero (*C) temperatures during wintertime. They are dual-layered with a soft microfleece lining for enhanced comfort and warmth in cold weather, however, please note that Digits are not waterproof.

The liner comes out when I remove my hand from the glove and it is very hard to put back in the outer layer... any suggestions?

When you take the gloves off, do it mindfully, and hold the liners as well as the outer fingers at the same time, as you take the gloves off.
