Holds TWO Loads!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw one at a friend's and was impressed by the quality. Then I looked at Pennsylvania Woodworks website and saw the XXL Drying Rack of my dreams! It holds two full loads of laundry (two large shirts on one dowel) and I know I can fit two queen sheets and their pillowcases on it -- can't wait! Great product that I am happy to recommend!

Drying rack
This is a strong hanging rack. I have had many hanging racks over the years and none seemed last. This one will. It is nice and sturdy, even when the cat climbs on it. It was pricy, but worth it. This will hold your comforter!! The one rack to hold them all.

High quality drying rack!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This drying rack will be around forever. I was tired of spending money on cheaply made racks that would break. It is heavy duty and wonderful quality and workmanship.

Great quality, great workmanship
I looked at a lot of drying racks. Most of the reviews were poor. I purchased this one. Yes, it was a little bit pricey but I gotta tell you I can handle this down to my children their children and their children. It comes fully assembled. It’s strong adjustable. It is an amazing product.

Well made
This is beautiful! It is sturdy, has a sweater rack built in, can put wet snakes to dry on it too. This is so well built, worth the money. It folds up nicely fitting between the dryer and wall. I have it on my patio, with grandkids in and out of the pool, this rack is a blessing.

Good clothes rack
I used to have a couple of big wooden clothes racks like this right from Lancaster, PA. I received them as gifts so I don't know how much they cost back in the day. I downsized my living situation and gave one away, but now I wanted to have a second one again. They are big and sturdy so you can hang up lots of clothes to dry and the air can get to them. Not like the small, cheap plastic and metal versions you find in most stores. Winter air here up north gets very dry so it is nice to air dry clothes to help keep the indoor humidity a little higher. These big racks are especially good for blankets that would get beat up if you were to put them in the dryer instead. I bought this item thinking it would be even bigger than the ones from way back when (based on it being described as "X-Large" online), but it's actually the same size. It's a good product and I'm glad that I have it. I'm just surprised how expensive it is. I feel like it should be closer to $60 instead of $140. It's a clothes rack, not a luxury item. That's the way I look at it anyway. It's made of hardwood and is apparently handcrafted, so those are probably the reasons for the price. If you can afford it and have space for it in your home, it is so much better than the small cheap drying racks you find in most stores. Sure, in a lot of places you can just run a clothes line outside. But I have allergies so I don't want pollen and whatever else getting into my clothes and bedding. I use these indoors where I have better control over my air quality. If I'm going to have company over I just fold them up and put them away.
