Great Hydration Without Feeling Like a Sugary Sports Drink
As someone who trains regularly, coaches, and spends a lot of time in Arizona heat, I’m always looking for hydration products that actually do their job without feeling overloaded with sugar or tasting like candy. The electrolyte formula includes magnesium and additional ingredients intended to support hydration and mental clarity, which initially caught my attention. Let’s go, love this stuff. The flavors are great. No side effects no digestive issues. It mixes well with no clumping and the dosage is right with 16 ounces of water. Highly recommend.

I order various brands and this is one of two favorites of mine. Great flavor and right amount of sweetness. Electrolytes are a must have in the Arizona summers - definitely minimizes having craps so I can stay active

20 variety pack IQ mix hydration powder sticks
I wanted to give these IQ hydration powder drinks a try, so I was excited to purchase these in the 20 piece variety pack. The delivery of this was quick, and I did try the peach mango flavor first. It’s a bit salty, but the flavor and texture was good. The powder dissolved completely, so this was nice. As for how it made me feel, I have yet to determine that. I only tried it once, but I will continue to take them in hopes it gives me the energy I need for work.
