Fits and does the job. It's not to loud either.

To begin, I use my PI as a 24/7 PLEX media streaming server. The original fan that came with my Raspberry Pi 4 only had a red (+) and black (-) wire that would stay on at all times and that was very noisy. Reading that that the PI now includes a configuration feature where you can set up a fan that turns on whenever the CPU reaches certain temperature, I went to search for a fan with a blue wire (GPIO input). Unfortunately Amazon searches only came up with just the regular fans, until I came across this device. For $10, you get a better heat sync that keep your whole PI cool, as well as a fan with a programmable blue wire (GPIO). It's even small enough that I was able to fit into my transparent case. Surprisingly the fan, even inputted at 5v, is quieter than my old one. So far, I am very satisficed with this product and have found no issues on it as of this point.

Cela fonctionne vraiment parfaitement et le produit est livré complet, avec des instructions courtes, claires et illustrées. J’ai dû adapter légèrement mon boîtier « OneNineDesign », mais cela n’a posé aucun problème. Sur mon Raspberry Pi 4B, j’ai réglé la température maximale à 60 °C et le ventilateur démarre correctement, puis continue de fonctionner jusqu’à ce que la température redescende à 59 °C ou moins. Le graphique dans Domoticz illustre parfaitement ce comportement. Avec la commande "yes > /dev/null" & il est facile de charger un ou plusieurs cœurs du processeur à 100 %. C’est impressionnant de voir que le Raspberry Pi 4B reste parfaitement utilisable même avec 99 % de charge CPU, ce qui permet ensuite d’arrêter les processus avec « top » et « kill ». C’était exactement ce que j’espérais, et grâce au kit complet, ce risque de surchauffe est désormais écarté pour le moment.
