What kind of soap is recommended?

Liquid soap without particles works great. Will not foaming, and don't work with foam soap.

Why does my new soap dispenser don't work?

Charge the soap dispenser with a 5V adapter until the indicator light turns white, indicating a full charge. Then, press and hold the setting button for 2 seconds to turn it on. For detailed instructions, refer to the manual.

What should I do if the soap dispenser stops dispensing soap after a few uses?

This issue is usually caused by internal blockage. Avoid using liquid soap with particles and impurities. Please refer to the 'flush with water' method in the troubleshooting section to resolve the blockage issue
