It holds my head and neck comfortably.

I purchased this product for my elderly mom to use in her recliner. Unfortunately, as most of the prior products we’ve tried, it was too large for her small frame. The pillow itself was comfortable. The memory foam conformed to her neck and provided adequate support. However, if you are a small person, the pillow is just too large. The pillow pushed her neck up off of the recliner. The pillow slip appeared to be well-made, although I didn’t spend a lot of time examining it after my mom was disappointed in it. I would not not recommend the pillow to a small-framed or frail person. It may work for others.

I liked the extra strap and the cushion was soft but firm and fit good in the back of my neck. Worked well on my rocking chair.

I was afraid it wouldn't fit the Lazy Boy recliner type chair but it comes wit an extension strap that made it easy. Very comfortable.

This cushions my neck in my recliner. I am short and where most people sit the neck portion of the chair just juts my head forward. This fits around the recliner and stays in place so I am comfortable. This is perfect, not too hard, not too soft but just right.
