Effective pain relief
This works shockingly well for muscle spasms in my back. It’s not perfect, but I went from not being able to move to a very manageable amount of pain. I’d recommend drinking a lot of water with it since that naturally can help with muscle spasms too It’s a CNS depressant so be mindful of that before you take other medications or drink anything with alcohol The smell is wild - WILD (by far the worst smelling thing I’ve ever consumed) but it’s a small price to pay for effective relief

Work really well
These work very well for muscle pain and relaxation. They do smell bad, but taken quickly, you do not have an after taste.

INSTANTANEOUS RESULT
Pulled a rib muscle which can take up to 8 weeks to heal. Took two of these pills and the pain decreased by, I’m not kidding, about 90% in less than 15 minutes. This stuff is A WONDER. absolutely worth it if you are even mildly interested in buying this, get it. But the rumors are true, very nasty smell/flavor. WHO CARES. THE PAIN IS GONE!!!

Excellent relief from muscle pain & spasms
I have been using this product for years. My physician takes it for sleep. It is very relaxing & has stopped severe muscle spasms in my back better than prescription muscle relaxers. It does make you a tad sleepy if you've never taken Valerian before. And the tablet stinks since it is Valerian. But a perfect solution to muscle aches & spasms.

Saved my night
I wrenched out my back. I started to have leg numbness. I went to the chiropractor and it made my back worse. The pain was out of control, but I didnt feel like going to urgent care. I looked for a natural solution. This was it. I took two tabs with food at dinner. I slept peacefully all night. I woke up with improved back pain, and I no longer had leg numbness. This saved me a trip to urgent care!
