Marzipan Fruit Assortment, 8.5 Oz.

This was just so yummy, the colors were vibrant and didn't have a funny taste like a lot of brightly colored foods do. It was sweet but not too sweet, smelled heavenly, and were very good sized individual pieces. and it was very fast to arrive, in fact it got here 3 days before the earliest arrival date was supposed to be.BUT they had a strange oily thing that came off on your fingers, although that might be normal, and the colors, while bright and flavorless, did come off on my fingers if held too long. It did was off easily though.All in all I would definitely buy this brand again, maybe look in local stores to see if it is cheaper but it well priced on amazon too.

I've bought this product for years -- first in stores, but it's hard to find nowadays, so I'm glad to get it online. It is reliably good, both in taste, consistency, and appearance.Can't rate the value for the money, as I don't remember how much I use to pay for it, but I would say it's reasonably priced.

I have been enjoying Marzipan since I was a kid, probably for about 35 years now. I have tasted many brands and never have I been disappointed. I recently bought 4 different brands from Amazon and all were good except this one. They looked gorgeous with vibrant coloring and design but man oh man did I ever gag when I took a bite. 1st thing I noticed was my batch smelled like it had some sort of chemical sprayed on them, like paint thinner. When I tasted it my mouth filled with a nasty chemical taste but I swallowed it anyway. Thinking it had to be a fluke, I took a 2nd piece and tried a bit. Again, massive chemical taste and had to spit it out. No way this is edible. BTW, I bought this December 2012 and the candy was fresh and soft but the taste is awful. Not sure if I had a bad batch but never in my life have I tasted marzipan with tho kind of chemical paint thinner taste. Even smells like paint thinner! Beware. There is much better on Amazon. The little bags of Marzipan potatoes was delicious :)

A little perfumey but still good if you are a marzipan fan.

Marzipan is an expected gift for Christmas and I have this brand a try for the first time by purchasing three boxes for 3 gifts. Everyone said it tastes fresh and had good flavor. Pieces are generous and flavorful. Recipients are very happy.

I didn't receive the named brand. I received Bergen brand, which is good. But other reviewers have mentioned Biermann is the best and I wish I had gotten what I ordered. It was good and fresh.

I grew up in NYC and Marzipan was a yearly tradition for New Year's Eve celebrations. There you just go around the corner and every store has Keller's Confections. It was wonderful to find out that I can purchase their marzipan no matter where I am.

After spending three years in Germany, we became fans of the fancifully-shaped marzipan that was a staple for major holidays. It's not easy to find these wonderful morsels in the average U.S. shops, and when you do see them, the flavor is not that special. This assortment is just as we remembered, and family members are delighted to find several pieces in their Christmas stockings. It wouldn't be Christmas without them!
