It does not. But the H-ligature is $35.99 and work fairly well.

Q: What ligature do you recommend for this mouthpiece?

Really not sure why everyone says the H ligature...the mouthpiece is slightly smaller and with the H lig even with all screws to the limit has wiggle room...I'd say the Versa, Rovner or if you just so happened to have one...the enlightened lig

Q: What type of ligature works best with this mouthpiece?

I use a rovner dark with D'addario #2 filed reeds or a L'ge're Signature #2 reed
