This stuff is a lifesaver for easy and fast meals. With a mix of spices and different veggies, it's a limitless canvas that comes together with basically no effort at all. I have dumped it, water, oil, spices, and veg into a bowl and microwaved it for like 5 minutes for instant dinner more times than I can count. Affordable, lasts forever, has more protein than you'd expect, what's not to like.

It’s also ridiculously easy—five minutes and it’s ready, which is ideal when you’ve been lovingly babysitting stew and you’re officially done “working for dinner.” The texture is great, it absorbs flavor like a champ, and it makes the whole meal feel fancy… even if you’re eating it in sweatpants (no judgment). Bottom line: delicious, fast, and it made my lamb stew look like I knew what I was doing. I’ll absolutely keep this jar in the pantry for stews, roasts, and any situation where I need a reliable carb that doesn’t steal the spotlight.
