Still looking
I like it but still looking. I want a lower dip in the center ear area which I was able to do a little. I do hear some crinkling noise till I get my head right. Drives me nuts hearing that but not sure why yet. Must be the cases?

Worth the money
This pillow is a game changer for side sleepers. My neck aches were gone within days. Probably the only pillow I’ll ever use from now on.

Great memory foam pillow
I bought this pillow for my wife to replace an old cervical memory foam pillow that she loved. This pillow is lighter in weight than her old pillow but seems to be made with really nice memory foam and is a little firmer than her old pillow. She really loves this new pillow and said that she sleeps better on this new pillow than on her old pillow. She likes to have a lot of neck support as she usually sleeps on her back and this pillow provides the support she needs. While the pillow is firm, it does also come with removable inserts that you can use to customize the firmness of the pillow. This is a thoughtful feature since different people need different firmness levels. The pillow came packaged in a small box. When you open the box, you need to give the pillow some time to decompress. The new pillow had kind of a strong odor when the box was first opened but the smell went away after letting the pillow air out for a couple of days.

Great for side/back sleepers
I’d been hesitating about buying a memory foam pillow because of my neck issues. I pictured the foam sinking in at all the wrong places and leaving my c-spine unsupported. But I’d heard that these curved ones actually give better support. I liked that this pillow also has the rods for extra support. So it forms itself around your neck, but it still provides enough support to keep your neck comfortable. Also, regarding the rods, I thought it might be a pain to remove or adjust the rods, cause from the pics, it seemed like it would be hard to pull out. But actually, the pillow is split at the rods, if that makes sense. So you don’t have to slide the rods out at all. You just grab them and they kinda “lift” out. This makes it super-easy to adjust the support. As far as negatives, the only thing is, it does have a plastic-y smell on arrival, so I’d definitely recommend airing it out first and washing the cover if you’re sensitive to smells.

Little too soft.
This pillow does the job of holding your neck position. It is a little too soft and flimsy for my taste. May suit another user better.

Mediocre
It's ok. The pillow case is stupid cheap. That thing irritated my face immediately.

Surprise! 🤠
This pillow is adjustable…I found mine to be perfect, for me, by removing the 1” thick pad on the underside . My wife did the same plus she removed the support strip on the part nearest her shoulder... Perfect, for her.

Adaptable for petite sleepers
I got this pillow to help with waking up with neck pain. It took a few trial nights trying out the different heights and rods but I found my fit! I saw a review saying the removable layer was useless but I feel that it just wasn't the height that user needed. Being slightly under 5ft I found that I needed to remove the layer to get the right alignment for myself. I'm using the firmer rod in higher side of the pillow without the extra layer. My pillow is about 3.5/3.75 inches high. Which is ideal for a petite back sleeper. I'd recommend this pillow!
