Pressman Mancala Board Game | Fun Classic Table for Adults & Kids | Includes 48 Glass Mancala Stones and Wood Hinged Playing Board | 2 Players, Ages 6+

Great quality. It's a fun game for 2 people and easy to learn, but strategy comes with experience.

I stumbled upon Pressman Mancala, a game from my childhood, and decided to introduce it to my husband, who had never heard of it. Little did we know, it would become our go-to game, and we play it all the time now! This timeless gem has proven that classic games have a special place in any era. The simplicity of Pressman Mancala is deceptive – it's easy to learn, yet the strategic depth keeps each game engaging and competitive. The smooth gameplay and colorful stones add a charming touch that makes every round enjoyable. Playing Mancala has become a bonding experience for us. It's a fantastic way to unwind, strategize, and share a few laughs. The fact that it stood the test of time, captivating both my childhood memories and my husband's newfound love for it, makes Pressman Mancala a truly great buy. It's a classic that has found a permanent spot in our game night rotation.

Good quality game

I recently purchased the Mancala real wood set and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and design. Firstly, the set is made of real wood, which gives it a more authentic and traditional feel. The wood is smooth and well-crafted, ensuring durability and longevity. It also adds to the aesthetic appeal of the game, making it a beautiful addition to any game collection. The board itself is well-designed, with deep pits that are perfectly shaped to hold the game pieces. The size of the board is just right, not too big or too small, making it easy to set up and play on any table or surface. One of the things I love about this set is the included game pieces. They are made of high-quality materials and have a nice weight to them, giving a satisfying feel when moving them around the board.

Wish it came in a nicer box. The game and pieces are nice. It's a fun and simple game for two.

I read the reviews of many Mancala games. This was the least expensive but since Amazon reviews seem a bit off, I was worried and knew I could return it. There's no magnet, no lock but the set is fabulous and I have no complaints. We've played 2-3 games when we sit to play it. Glass or plastic "beads" are fine. I don't see wear yet. We knew basic rules and the instructions that come with the set are written well. I complain a lot :) but I like the construction of the set and no lock - no problem, put glass pieces in the game set and put it in the cardboard box.

I love playing Mancala, and this is a very nice set for the price. I ended up sanding the board a little bit as it was rough in some places and I wanted the pits to be a little deeper. I’ve played on boards that had shallow pits and oversized gem stones, which makes it difficult to keep all of the stones from falling out. These stones are a good size and the holes or pits were average depth. The board sits level when in the open position, which I was concerned about as I’ve never had a board with this type of hinge. It’s attractive and practical and I would recommend.

I like how this game is very simple. No text or anything special. Just the glass beads and the wood board. Board is well constructed and has a nice finish. Board slides back in the box for storage. I i love you thing I wish is that you didn’t need the box to store it. It would be nice is there were a mechanism or band to keep the board closed and the beads safely inside. Without the box, there is nothing keeping the board from opening and the beads from falling out. But not a huge deal as long as we can keep the box nice. Happy with our purchase.

Good quality game, fun to play

Hi, the products description says product comes with 48 glass beads. But there's no beads at all. Only the board. I wrote in to request for the beads but there's no response.
