To rally, the Bersseron watch industry repositioned itself as a luxury entity – you didn’t need a mechanical watch, but it marked you out as a man of means.the simplicity masks a complicated self-winding movement, so you’ve got something that’s as smart inside and out. How to work ? You just simply push the turning winding screw down. Setting the time is easy too you just pull the crown away from base of the watch and turn the crown clockwise until reaching the exact time. A word to the wise here is 1. NOT to over wind rotate the winder no more than 20 times. 2.You will need to wind it up and adjust it each day to the correct time. The decoration on the watch is detailed and not overly feminine atall and especially loves being able to see all the inner working mechanism Specification (1 cm=10 mm=0.394 inch) (approximate) Case diameter: 4.7cm approx. Excellent Pocket Watch
I bought this watch as a starter for my first pocket watch and what I received was beyond my expectations. It came much earlier than expected in a very nice box. The watch was well protected, polished, and runs very smoothly! I've had the watch for two weeks now and recently had it engraved (as you should, too, as both side covers are very similar in appearance). The watch has Roman numerals and a skeleton body, which definitely gives it that antique style as opposed to typical Arabic numerals. It is very easy to wind and the chain is sufficient. I would definitely recommend this pocket watch.
