I brought this to use for my mom especially at night. The quality of the camera is good, it was easy to set up and I really like the features. I can see what’s going on even when I’m not at home as there is an app that allows you to speak into the camera as well as adjust the angles of the cameras. The battery life for the monitor did not last long but if you leave it plugged in your good to go.

DO NOT BUY. This does not work well and came with a lot of issues. especially when you need it most. I purchased this in October 2024 to replace my old vtech single camera since baby #2 was due Soon. I set it up in December for my toddler. Set up was easy but by March 2025. Only 3 months of use you already had a host of issues before my second baby was born!!!!! Poor connectivity. Very soft sound even at the highest sensitivity and volume compare to the previous vtech camera I had. The night mode is glitching so it toggles between night mode and day mode make a lot of clicking noises keeping me and my toddler awake as can be heard from the camera itself. I have to turn off night mode for it to be quiet however I cannot see my child. I tried unplugging the camera but a few weeks later the issue returns. Now we are in May and the charger has completely stopped working/charging the monitor screen. Not to mention the battery life is very short when not plugged in. I have to use another charger to use it but it is not holding the charge as before. Now the icing on the cake is the antenna broken. All this after only 4 months of use!!!!!!! It’s driving me crazy. DO NOT BUY. POOR PRODUCT. My first tech single camera was much better and clearer where I can see baby breathing. This one is far less superior and has too many issues. If I was living in the US I would have retur ed this lonnggg time ago. After baby was born set up second camera. More connection issues and short battery life. I repeat. Do not buy. I will be trying another brand next purchase.

Best camera for bby monitoring

Cameras work well.. picture is not the greatest but decent. Unfortunately now and then loses connection but that is probably the wifi. Has neat features, voice, can record pictures and videos.. has good zoom and 180 degree sway to side to side viewing. All in all it’ll work. Cameras always need to be plugged while using.. LCD screen works decent.. doesn’t need to be plugged in unless battery drains.. so far seems to last decently. 8/10 id say. You could use these for security cameras if you wanted to.

I love everything about this except the constant connection issue....which overall makes the product useless. Camera 2 connected and stayed connected with no issues. Camera 1 lasted 4 hours before messing up. I've contacted customer service and I'm going on 3 days with no resolve to the problem. It's not a wifi issue, it's a (very common) product issue. Other downfall is parent unit dies very quickly, even after charging the recommended 12 hours before use. If the camera issue gets resolved it would be a 4 star rating. Very clear monitor quality, very loud, easy to navigate (when it works)

We got this to keep an eye on my wife's mother who has dementia when we can't be in the room with her. Easy set up, works great for over a year now, app on phone works when you're not near the monitor.

3 stars cause it started out perfectly fine, then night vision stopped working, then one of the camera started disconnecting in and out, then a clicking noise started coming from the cameras cause the night vision would activate and deactivate Then after resetting for a while every night, it stopped connecting to the internet so no access via app So yea 3 stars for the false hope of finding a decent camera Would have been less if there was quality issues Mind you I’ve been hanging on to this camera for threes yearsss i had faith in it lol I finally gave up tonight, it doesnt wanna reset or reconnect or do anything and neither do I

I have had this a week and I'm already very disappointed for multiple reasons: First, the connection is not good. When you open the app it takes a couple minutes before you can actually see. It likes to buffer for a while first. Second, despite going into the camera information and trying to change the name I am not able to. There is no way to type in the name area so we are left with manufacturer names which is annoying. Third, the monitor battery life is not good. It almost has to just stay on a charger all the time. We bought this so we have one for travel and one for home. It is frustrating that the only way to use this monitor will be tethered to a wall. In addition, when the monitor is low battery it beeps at you over and over again. Forth, it wasn't until after we bought this and were looking for a solution for our camera naming issues that we realized this has connectivity issues in hotels. Our other baby monitor has this problem so we bought this one in the hopes of correcting that problem and it sounds like this one too does not work on hotel wifi. We will need to find something different AGAIN before our next trip. Fifth, the viewing window range is pretty poor. We have tried other VTech cameras and it seems they have more up/down range than this one. We ultimately went with this camera because we wanted to have two cameras but the other VTech cameras we have tried actually seemed to have more video range top down, and these are much more limited. Sixth, the motion detection is Terrible. It is WAY too sensitive. We have our baby in a bedside bassinet for naps/night. We wanted to upgrade to this monitor so we had one for home/travel. The other monitors don't beep at me if I move in bed even though I am in the edge of the shot. This one does. if there is the slightest movement it alerts. It also doesn't alert per motion. It alerts continually throughout a single motion event. So we can't even use motion settings as it has wayyy more alerts than necessary.

I tried too many cameras. And mor expensive than this and return it but this was the best and I am have four from it, easy to use and to connect to WiFi ,clear vision and you can use both Wi-Fi and remote same time for remote it cover a good range comparing to another camera I tried before

Cameras are good quality, the parent monitor is a good size and has good picture. The reason for low rating is the parent monitor is easily broken. I had one replaced under warranty and that one also broke and there is no way to replace it.

ما تشبك على النت و المونيتور جدا ضعيف يفصل من مسافات ليست بعيدة ، الرؤية غير واضحة اذا كان المونيتور بعيد عن الكاميرا مسافة ١٣ متر مثلا ، مع انه الوصف يقول انه الشبكة قوية و ممكن يوصل لادوار مختلفة ، انا في شقة متوسطة واحد دور و المونيتور يفصل كل شوية و لازم يكون قريب جدا جدا من الكاميرا
