UClear AMP Helmet Audio System - Dual

We really liked thtese! But had to return because where you unplug to plug in for charging - the cord was coming apart!! Plus - it got to the point - we couldn't get them to sync together to be able to use! Alot of problems getting them to sync with each other!! We would try to charge them without shutting them off. But after a couple uses - they wouldn't sync no matter what! and we downloaded the most recent software! We really liked them - very nice and easy to talk on the snowmobile! Very disappointed they are so very hard to sync. Don't know if we will try them again in a year - if maybe they have improved that by then!!

Just opened box last week to use and 1 out of 2 headsets is broken. Unable to return at this point.
