2 out of 3 working fine

I ordered e of these, 2 worked great the third within minutes of connection and turning on it was flickering checked wiring. No issues with wiring. 3 minutes later it popped in front if me funny the other 2 are on the same electric line, so it's a light fault. I have no way of contacting seller for refund
