The product is like a wooden board to arrange the letters\characters and doesnot have any magnetic effect to hold them. So all the letters fall easily if tilted slightly. My kid is not enjoying it as everything falls down as soon as it lifts. Some characters go missing as well as it doesn't have any safe cover
