Worked perfect for my out-of-the-box Nikon Z8
Upgraded from a very old novice D70s to the new mirrorless Z8. Installation was flawless. Before I attempted the install, I took the liberty of viewing a couple of (short) installation videos available on Youtube; I just searched “Applying Ulbter” and the vids came up. The kit comes with instructions, but they seem cryptic to me. In the kit are: instructions; pads 1 & 2 (4 ea); guide and dust stickers (set of 4); small LCD glass screen with protective sticker to be removed (2); and larger LCD glass screen w/ protective sticker to be removed (2). Installation was easy as my camera was clean, but I went through the motions to clean the receiving screen: I used pad 1 (which is the moist) pad to clean the screen, followed up by using pad 2 (which is the dry pad) to to the follow-up dry the receiving screen’s surface. My first screen “protected” was the small LCD screen. Took the small glass from the package handling the edges only and removed, using the attached sticker with directions on it, the glass protector. I kept the once “stickered” side down so it would be less likely to have dust fall on it while I transferred it to the camera. I did not use the guides for the small one, eyeballing the placement in the middle. I ended up close but made micro adjustments using the edge of my hard card-stock SD card packaging that I had (I guess a business card would work?). Slipped everything into place and it looked great. I then thought, “how the hell does this not slip off?” So I tapped downward on one of the edges, and the glass just started to affix itself like visual magic - it was really neat to see. After the small screen was completed, I did the big screen very much the same except utilizing the the guides (one on the side, one on the bottom of the edges of the LCD screen). After the prep, glass sticker removal and placement… I noted that the guides as placed worked great with the larger glass’s install: the glass didn’t require the nudge to get it into place; one tap on the corner after it was laying flat and the glass sealed to the surface. (** Note: by “sealed” I mean it isn’t glued… it just made it’s membrane connection (or whatever it is…) to the screen, like an osmotic kind of movement of fluid bringing two smooth surfaces together. It fully seems like I’d be able to remove it easily, the glass, if I wanted to… without damaging the LCD, but I’m not going to because as stated, the install was “flawless”). I think this’ll work out well for me, but not sure how well it’ll do its job over time, but I’m a fan so far. Easy, clean install with the tools to do it right provided in this kit. Price is right, too. Hope this review helps.

Get One! You'll Love It!
Not a lot of time with these protectors yet, but what I know so far is that the installation was a snap! Looks great, fits great on my Z8, no bubbles, no issues with touch screen operation, and light transmission (screens seem as bright as they were before). I say this is a no-brainer...especially for the price!

Great protection for your z8
These look to be solid and durable, very easy to adhere to the screen.. of course I had to move some of the air bubbles out but being slow and patient did the trick. Perfect fit

Perfect alignment/fit, no bubbles, full protection....
I use screen protectors on all of my photo gear, iphone, iPads, etc. Peace of mind to avoid scratches. This set of glass protectors went on easily, was no problem to align and the adhesive is very forgiving to avoid bubbles, and be 100% transparent. Touch screen works as good as without this protector. When you spend a bundle on a high end camera, don't skimp on protecting the top and back screens. Many years ago, I learned the hard way when my camera screen dragged across my belt buckle while on my neck strap. That incident left a hair line long scratch in the camera screen. Cheap insurance and this screen combo works perfectly. (some do not , so read the reviews before you purchase!)

Close, Maybe Fine, Not perfect for Z8, good quality though.
I use this type of guard a lot, phone, camera backs, some other electronics. On my camera, Nikon Z8, the small protector hangs over a bit like it is a bit too large for the screen. It seems fine as it adheres nicely and it is not moving. I could pry it off with a finger nail as there is a tiny lip. The larger protector has the same issue, it is almost too big and hard to get on correctly. (Not my first time, as I mentioned - you may be better.) The way the camera is made does not make it any easier. (My Nikon D500 had a nice ledge, against which I could place the protector. In all - seems fine, they are on there and looks like they will do their job and keep things from getting nasty.

Screen protectors for the Nikon Z8
These screen protectors feel perfectly thick, and were easy to install. I feel more confident with them protecting my camera.

Works well
The key is to be sure you press gently in the center of the screen first and then apply it from center outward. Once you get the hang of it there is no problem. It is clear and touch sensitive on my Z8. Will add to this review once I see if it lasts. Currently 5 stars and an extra plus that they send two screens. I did not use the top screen, only the rear camera screen protector.

Good bang for the buck and confirmed oleophobi coating
I normally get these for each of my cameras as it's just cheap insurance and thankfully the screen protector saved my D500's screen from impact damage thus I grabbed this set for my Z8. Pros - Oleophobic coating really helps reduce fingerprints and smudges - some I purchased in the past claimed to have this but didn't really work - Doesn't affect screen operation or color - Top LCD protector is also hard glass (vs. stickers I've had on my Z6) - Easy bubble-free install (if you align it properly - tips in vid) and comes with 4 sets of alcohol/dry wipes as well as dust/guide stickers - Reasonably priced ($7.99 for 2 pack though there are some cheaper options) Cons - Very slightly increases glare Overall, very satisfied with it so far but won't really be able to put it to the test as I'm sending it in for the Lug Straps TSA soon. :(
