Q: Are you supposed to have stereo when connected to ps4 controller for chat? I only have the left side (the line without mic) working?

It's like that for any headset on ps4. If you only have it connected to chat audio and have the game playing through the TV speakers it only plays through 1 side. Sound only comes through both ears when game and chat audio is set to play through the headset.

Q: How is the microphone quality?

Very good. It has good bass as well

Q: Does it work Xbox series x?

Yes. I can't say it's pretty clear to hear party chat and somewhat good would with in game audio. Other people say I sound low though, so the mic isn't great for talking all the time

Q: Can I turn off the mic

You can turn it off in your settings for your xbox but it doesn't have a button on the actual mic
