We’ve owned this scale for about 3 years now and it hasn’t given us any issues. It’s durable and reliable. Great for a medical office and for everyday use.

The scale was packaged nicely. Laid out the sections as the owners manual indicated. The manual really did a great job of explaining the assembly and it did provide side notes of things to be aware of. Based on the reviews I read prior to making the purchase I included the adapter - ADPT31! There was one review which stated about plugging in the adapter wire during assembly. I can definitely see why! The pre-wired PORT wire plugs into the side of wheel base. I can definitely see why! It's in a tricky spot once assembled. If you DO THIS step then if you need to plug your adapter into the base - it's ready to go!! I've included a picture of the external jack for the adapter. The port wire is inside behind the jack. I did watch a you tube video prior to assembly and that cleared everything up. It took me about 30-40 minutes, double checking every step.

Product is good but does NOT come with electric charger.

A bit pricy, but worth every penny to me. Right on with the doctor's scale. Was getting so discouraged with my other floor scale. Needed to lose weight, but would go two to three weeks without seeing any results, and the doctor's scale always said I weighed more. I can weight every two to three days and see my weight loss in ounces. That has kept me so encouraged and I have lost 24 pounds to date. Don't know about others, but I have to see progress.

I went for the doctors for my physical and I asked them what scale they used and they use the scale. For accuracy I put a 5 pound bag of flour on it and it was exactly 5 pounds. I have another Dr. scale that you have to balance and it cannot compare to this one and this one is exceptional you won’t be disappointed

I love how well this scale works, and how nice it looks. The height measurement was a bit confusing at first, but then we figured it out. I would buy again.
