I have been looking for storage containers for my deceased Mother’s Royal Doulton china for years. There is a complete eight place setting with platters, vegetable dishes , tea and coffee pot, cream and sugar. One set of these storage containers holds all of it….plus they are quite attractive.

Bought the 4-pack for Halloween dishes. I fit 20 (!) appetizer plates in the 7.5”. 16 were fiestaware, which are thick. I fit 14 fiestaware luncheon plates in the 9.5” box. I ran out of the separator slips (12 per box). But that was okay, was able to make my own. Handles on both side of box made easy to carry. Box sturdy enough to handle carrying that many plates. If you know fiestaware, they’re thicker plates. Separator slips are very thin, but sufficient for job at hand. Was concerned before buying that lids would be loose since no zipper or other securing mechanism. They’re a tight fit in a good way. Saving other two boxes for Christmas dishes. The boxes themselves fit in bottom shelf of under counter cabinet, with room to spare. I love the window to see inside without opening. Though actually can’t see it in the cabinet as they’re turned with handles out in order to push and pull in cabinet. Very glad I bought these and would buy again. And probably will.
