I have read that it doesn't work wirelessly with ios devices... However, does it work a Mac if using an hdmi cable?

Not a wireless solution but here's how to connect to iOS by HDMI cable. You need the Lightning Digital AV Adapter by Apple if you have the lightning port. Costa around $49 here on Amazon (and most anywhere else). There is also a 30 pin version. The adapter has a port for HDMI and a port to charge the iPhone or iPad. Works great with the LG and mirrors your iPhone or iPad. I'd also get a flexible HDMI cable. Most HDMI cable are so stiff it can be hard to maneuver this tiny LG projector.

Does this have a Stand Connection on the bottom? ie... a Female screw port for a flexible tripod??

There is a hole that can pierce up to 4.5mm to 5.5mm and you can use any kind of tripod.
