Huge iced coffee lover so this is perfect for me and saving me money in the long run. It is easy to clean and easy to use, I used it 3 times already since I received it and every time the coffee tastes amazing, no heart burn.. no upset stomach which is a big reason I had to stop drinking coffee. Used pre ground chock full of nuts and havent had an issue with grounds getting through the filter, got coarse grounds to try as well, taking a little longer to brew so will probably switch back to the pre ground coffee after I use them up but very impressed so far, awesome product!!

This system is very goid for brewing cold coffee. Our only complaint is we would like to remove the filter itself. The bottom opens for removal of the grounds but we would like to be able to remove the entire filter.

This Cold Brew Coffee Maker is poorly constructed. I've had it less than a month and when I went to take it out of the refrigerator the whole glass top broke apart. The glass for a 'cold' brew coffee maker really should be able to stand up to refrigerator temperatures. I notified the company about this issue yesterday morning and have not heard back.UPDATE: Company emailed back and said that this is an unusual issue and they would send me a new one today. I've seen one other review that mentions this item easily breaking, so I'm willing to believe it doesn't happen that often. I'll update again when I have the new coffee maker.

Quality of materials overall seems good, but the mesh lets A LOT of grounds through. I suppose it could be user error that I am not patient enough when pouring the water in through the filter, but either way I do not like it and I will be returning it. I am grinding my grounds on the coarsest setting and a significant amount of sediment is still getting through.

Simple, elegant, and a good size. It's gets the job done without any fancy extras and it's perfect for my needs! Just load it up and throw it in the fridge overnight and comes out great every time.

I usually don't drink cold coffee, but I drink a whole lot of hot, black coffee. I decided I wanted to try something new, and once I found this cold brew coffee maker, I knew it was going to be awesome.Once I received the coffee maker I was even more excited to find out what great quality it is made of. The glass jar is of sturdy construction and has no defects or warping. The handle, lid, and filter are of great design. They all work in tandem together as 1 piece that can be easily put together for making coffee, or easily taken apart for cleaning. We all know how coffee can quickly build up a nasty residue if the coffee maker isn't cleaned properly and regularly. Fortunately, this one is easy to clean!Overall, I am going to love this cold brew coffee maker. And as a side note, I can tell that the makers put a lot of thought and care into this; not just the coffee maker itself, but the very nice box that it comes with and instructions. Definitely recommended!

It is a nice pitcher, but the cold brew wasn’t strong enough. I prefer using a French press (I’ve tried a Tody too). It works great for loose leaf tea.
