My fingers on my left hand mostly, have been locking up and twisting or like my pinky finger will fall behind the knuckle area of my hand, so I put this brace on and it keeps this from happening. I took it upon myself to make this purchase since no doctor can tell me why it is happening, I got a medium and my wrist is about 8 inches if you go off of bracelet sizes, my arms are a bit chubby and it fits perfectly, just follow the size guild they provide the velco is durable and I have had some trouble with getting it open, because the strength in my hands is week sometimes, I would still consider it easy to use, and once it's in place it is comfortable, it provides the support I need to relax comfortably without worrying if I am going to get a hand cramp with twisting while watching a movie with my husband. The velcro is gonna hold up a long time, very durable brace, it provides the perfect support.

fits and works well.

Great for hand therapy

as a stroke survivor of 7 years with clinched hands in a fist. this brace exceeded my expectations, since none of the others worked. This keeps my hand straight and most of all it stays in and doesn't want to clinch up and make a fist. it is very comfortable. Now I am very hopeful I will get my hand somewhat back and crochet. All that I can say I am very happy and hopeful for the future. My hand is in a fist so yes, my husband and i have to fight with the spacisity to get my fingers in place, but once they are in they are not going anywhere. zFor all my stroke survivors just get it and use it every night before your hand gets like mine, be patient to get your fingers in it, nothing is perfect but this brace is perfect as it gets for our needs.

Very ill put together. Sloppy stability. Missed return date trying to manage make work. Would return if I had remembered.

This is my 2nd splint. I definitely prefer this to the first one I had, which was from a different brand. This is sturdier, more attractive, velcro is strong and the loops functional, thus keeping the splint in place. It didn't fall off my hand at all because of the velcro and the added reinforcementfrom the loops. I like everything about this splint and would recommend it. It's functional and is fit for purpose. The only thing I didn't like is the width of the individual spaces to place each finger. It is too big for me but perhaps a smaller size would address this, so it doesn't take away from giving a 5 star rating. It's also easier to put on, in comparison to the one I had from another brand. I don't need assistance to put it on.

It took a night or two wearings to get used to it, but once I did, it was very comfortable. I'd have given it five stars if there had been an option to even slightly change the slant for the fingers.

Well made but my occupation therapist advised me to flatten out the palm area and also create a 90 degree angle between the forefinger and thumb. I removed the plastic brace insert by clipping the rear seam and slipping the plastic insert out. I then heated the plastic with a heat gun (hair dryer is not hot enough) and then with a gloved hand I pressed the soft plastic to shape as necessary. More than one heat application my be necessary. NOTE: modified for post DUPRETREN hand surgery.
