Adjustable HotShotz Instant Reusable Heat Pack Mini Hand Warmer 3" x 5"

I love the size of this pack. My kids keep one in their gym bags and use it often after sports activities. Feels soothing on aching muscles. I keep one in the car for long road trips when my lower back acts up.

I bought this back in May and it was hit or miss whether or not it worked. The button that sets off the chemical reaction to cause the liquid to solidify and heat up took numerous times to click before it worked and even then, didn't always work. So I submitted for a replacement well within the return period, mailed it back, and have heard nothing since. Now I can't even write to the seller because the return period has expired so want BUYERS TO BEWARE.

I used the two mini's for a couple years and then one began to leak so I went online and bought a cheaper competitor's brand called HEATWAVE. big mistake. they get rigid after 15-20 minutes, won't bend and are not returnable. The Hotshotz stay hot and flexible longer ( for hours overnight in bed) I use them for my neck, my kidneys, I use them as eyepacks on top of an eyemask to soften the plugged lipid ducts that make the lubricating film over your eyes. 10 min morning and night to help my extremely dry eyes. don't buy HEAT WAVE just my experience.

Definitely have to boil for the FULL 15 minutes.I used it for hidradenitis suppurativa. After activation, place in a warm sock to maintain heat. Usually the next morning the pain is much better.
