These are my go-to electrolytes and have been for years. My husband is a personal trainer and I am a master’s-level nutritionist, and this is the brand we consistently recommend to clients. I love this stuff! I use 1 scoop in 20 ounces of water and 10 ounces of San Pellegrino and it is a healthy, sugar-free orange soda!! Love it!!

Best item to replace orange juice and soda if you need to reduce sugar in your diet. Has electrolytes like Gatorade, but is sweet with no sugar. Perfect for those who are pre-diabetic, type 2 diabetic and/or has gout like me! I love it and drink it all day!

Originally it tasted too sweet and strong. After a while, I started to like the taste. It helped recover from severe sweeting from long runs during the summer. It's a bit pricy though.
