The toothbrush cleans well when it works, but after some months it suddenly stopped charging. No charging light, no vibration, completely dead. I tried different adapters and sockets but nothing worked. Very disappointing for a product from Philips. I also noticed many users reporting similar charging and sudden failure issues online. Would not recommend this model for long-term reliability.

Good quality tooth brush for the money. Had a another Philips sonicare and broke twice within the year of purchase, but this hasn’t had any issues yet. Battery could last a little longer but a charger on hand. The 2 settings I find enough. Recommended purchase.

After 2 months not charging anymore. A waste of money. Bought on Amazon but not possible to change it under warranty.

I used it for exactly 30 days , charged twice , suddenly now it's not working even after charging last night . No battery light and no change after plugging charger again ! ..

Prevents plaque buildup. Absolutely the best. Buy it if you can afford it. Will save a lot more in dental bills, especially if you have irregular teeth.

Après quelques semaines d'utilisation je peux dire que ce model de brosse à dent électrique est bien ,comparé à la tête ronde et l'oscillation de l'autre grande marque . La vitesse deux est très forte voir trop , la tête que je trouvais un peu petite à l'ouverture de la boîte est assez correcte en bouche lors de l'utilisation mais mériterait une petite taille au-dessus quand même. Il est dit qu'il y a la détection quand on appuis trop fort pendant le brossage mais elle n'y est pas du tout .Tient bien la batterie. Fait un peu de bruit mais ça reste convenable . Pour le fait que je teste ce different model de brosse à dent électrique pour la 1ére fois je suis satisfaite. A voir la tenue dans le temps.
