Will this work with an iPhone 14 pro max?

It fits my Samsung S21 Ultra which is slightly wider than the iPhone.

Can it turn up and down like 45 drgrees up or down?

The part that holds the phone can rotate like the propellers of a plane. But it does not tilt forward to look down or backwards to look up. Tilting would have to be done on whatever tripod you are using, not on this mount itself.

Will it work for a samsung s20 ultra with a heavy duty otterbox type case on it?
