Helpful for safety, but they shift too easily

These do what blind spot mirrors are supposed to do. Once dialed in, the wide-angle view makes lane changes safer and covers the areas the main mirrors miss. The one downside is how easily they move. A light bump or even adjusting the main mirror can knock them off the angle you set. I have to re-check them more often than I would like. With teen drivers this becomes more noticeable because they rarely take the time to readjust when the view shifts. If you keep an eye on the positioning they are a clear safety upgrade. Just know they are not the most secure once set and will need occasional re-tuning.
