Within an hour after using it, the ringing stopped. Kind of amazed.

I Purchased these drops they did nothing for me. The doctor told me I have nerve damage in my ears. This was not gonna do anything for tinnitus so it was a waste of my money there is no cure for nerve damage. There’s nothing that helps nerve damage. You just have to go with it this again, a waste of money.

The drops were fine. I believe they did tone down the ringing some.

I used this product exactly as directed after I started experiencing some minor tinnitus in one ear. After using this product for the first time, I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst ear pain I have ever imagined. Since then, I have had constant, loud ringing in my ear, pain, pressure, and difficulty hearing. I feel like I am losing my mind because of the pain and ringing. Do not buy this product.
