I bought this product because I constantly have bad sinus issues. I always have had bad sinus problems and I noticed a few months ago that I have been having a recurring itching in my left ear that wasnt going away. My sinuses were always draining and I could feel it with no help from any kind of over the counter medication. I bought the BioNaze thinking I'll try it and see if it helps. After two days I noticed a big difference. It was like my sinuses were drying up or something. My ear was no longer having that nagging itch. When I breathe now it is like I can breathe through my nose with ease if that makes sense. I will say though I have noticed when I blow my nose there is a bit of blood but I guess it's from drying up the sinuses. I am not having nose bleeds so I am not complaining. I only take one capsule a day. I know the bottle says two, but it has helped so much that I just thought I will only do one. I do think I am going to add it to my subscription. I think this is something I will add to my daily routine now that I see such positive results.

So far I'm very pleased with this product. I get tonsil stones. Not big ones that are visible but tiny little ones and a small amount that are absolutely disgusting and ruin my life. They are unreachable unremovable and the only way to stop them is to not get them in the first place. The other night I hacked some up in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. They had been in my throat for a good month or two and making my life miserable. I decided to order an oral probiotic the very next day so that I could get a jump on them because oral probiotics have helped me so much in the past just to mitigate the bad breath. I chose this oral probiotic because of the two strains that are in it Bliss K12 has helped me a few times in other products but I had never tried the bl04 I believe that's what it's called. Because of my throat problem it seems like my lymph nodes are constantly swollen. I also have hearing problems that change daily due to inflammation from my upper respiratory tract. And I have noticed that although I don't feel like I have an infection I have constant post nasal drip which I think contributes largely to the problem of the tonsil stones mixed with a diet including dairy, bread,and sugar. When I let one of these melt in my mouth the first night after brushing I noticed immediately that my breathing was clear as I slept. The next morning I woke up with no post nasal drip whatsoever and every day that I take it there is no mucus running down from my nose to my throat. I took one day off and I could feel the flow returning so I know that it is this product that is helping everything. I've been using the product now for about 5 or 6 days and since then my lymph nodes seem way less swollen my throat feels normal my tonsils literally feel like they're more closed instead of open all the time to receive mucus running into them. I really like this product it's working very very well. I have tried lozenges in the past that have a slight mint flavor which makes my breath feel a little fresher. The taste of these is fruity strawberry and don't taste quite as fresh. They do taste good though. I have noticed while wearing my mask that there is virtually no smell anymore of yucky saliva after a full day of using them so they must be improving my breath drastically. Also after I hack up some tonsil stones usually about 2 or 3 days later I can usually taste the tell taie taste of them starting to form again. I do not have that at all right now :) I think it's stopping the formation of the stones a lot. If this could affect continues it will be life-changing. I have also noticed way better sleep since I started using this product because I can breathe so much better throughout the night and don't wake up. From coughing or clearing my throat.

For as long as I can remember I have had to clear my throat all the time. I started looking into causes of it and discovered that it can be related to bacteria. Read the reviews of this and decided to give it a try. I will say that after 1 tablet my throat clearing decreased by 90%. They taste good as they dissolve in your mouth. It recommends to use them twice daily and not eat for 30min afterwards. Recommends using them after brushing your teeth which has worked well for me. My only complaint about them is that they are EXPENSIVE. $20 only gets you a 2 week supply so it's going to add up over time. Not sure yet if this is a curative pill (the problem is fixed after the 2 weeks) or if you need to keep taking them as a maintenance forever. I'm assuming it's the latter. UPDATE - it's definitely not curative. When I didn't use it for a day or two my need for throat clearing most definitely returned.

I've had sinus congestion for months. Just enough to make nose breathing very difficult and unpleasant. Per ENT, it was not an infection. So I tried everything, all types of sprays, saline, sodium bicarbonate rinses, humidifier, neti, then decided to give this a try. Took as directed, hoping for good results. Instead, it caused terrible sinus congestion that lasted 2.5 days. Felt like I had the worst head cold and with zero air getting through nasal cavity. Miserable, couldn't sleep. It almost felt allergic, so maybe it was just me. But there was no swelling or hives, etc, just massive congestion. Only after it got out of my system did my nasal passages resort back to their previous state. I would not recommend.

Gave me a sore throat every time I used it. Has a pleasant taste.

This helped my sinus drainage and I feel so much better! And they do taste good! They are kind of expensive but if it works it’s worth it! Tried a cheaper brand, terrible l, the taste is nasty!

I still cannot decide if this was worth it or not. I have been taking it for about 10 days now and have mixed feelings about it. I suffered with tonsil stone when i was younger and had to have my tonsils removed in my late teens because of it. Add to that having had allergy and sinus issues my whole life and still getting sore throats regularly, I decided to give this a try. I will note I have definitely noticed a difference with my sore throat. Which is why i decided to give this any stars. Unfortunately in after about day 5 or so i started noticing dryness in my mouth and sensitivity in my gums and lower teeth. I really wanted to like this because of the slight positive results I saw but, I will be stopping taking this and not buying again because of of the not so great side effects. Definitely not something for everyone.

I bought these after reading some primary clinical research into the potential uses of this bacterial strain in a well known journal. There was an outbreak of scarlet fever in our school, our son took these and didn’t get it. Of course this isn’t proof these lozenges protected him, but equally they weren’t a battle; he is 5, he took them happily and liked the taste.

Used for my gums and got a bonus, cleared my sinuses . I can finally sleep with my mouth closed and cut down on snoring.

Did absolutely nothing for my sinus issues. Expensive waste of time Had hoped it would help to reduce nasal blockage to contribute to a better night's sleep. No joy whatsoever!!

A definite improvement in oral hygiene and less restrictive in the throat and upper respiratory system. Will keep using and keep you informed
